Where can I post property investment deals in the UK for free?
Published: 20 October 2026 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
You can post UK property investment deals for free on Kinmoot, a marketplace built for deal sourcers, estate agents and the investors who buy from them. Listing costs nothing and investors register interest for free. You pay £99 for a deal only when you choose to unlock the list of investors who registered interest in it.
How it works
- Post the deal. Add the area, strategy, price and figures, with photos if you have them. The exact address is never shown publicly.
- Investors register interest. Investors browse by strategy, area and price, and get alerts for deals that match what they buy.
- Unlock the list when you are ready. See who is interested, with their contact details and profiles, then speak to them directly.
Your options compared
| Where you post | Cost to list | Who sees it | What you get back |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kinmoot | Free; £99 per deal to unlock interested investors | UK investors searching for deals by strategy and area | A list of named investors who asked about that deal |
| Facebook groups | Free | Group members, if the post is approved and not buried | Comments and messages, often from other sourcers |
| WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists | Free | Only people already in your groups | Replies from your existing contacts |
| Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket | Through a member agent only | Mostly owner-occupiers and tenants | Enquiries from the general public |
| Your own website or list | Your time and ad spend | People you have already reached | Depends on the audience you have built |
Most sourcers use more than one. Kinmoot is where investors who are already looking for deals can find yours without being in your WhatsApp groups.
What you can list
- Below market value (BMV) and off-market deals
- Buy-to-let, HMO, serviced accommodation, rent-to-rent, social housing and flips
- Agent stock suitable for investors
- Auction lots, probate, repossession and corporate sales, labelled as such
Before you post
If you source deals for a fee, the same rules apply to you as to an estate agent: membership of a redress scheme, HMRC anti-money laundering supervision and ICO registration. Our guide Is property sourcing regulated? explains each one. Estate agents should read Kinmoot for estate agents, and if you want to run deals under your own brand, see hub pricing.
