Filter live deals by area, price, gross yield, rent, strategy and property type. Each one is posted by an independent sourcer.
Add your name and email, and how and when you buy if you like. No account needed. It is free and commits you to nothing.
Your details go to the sourcer who listed the deal, so they can contact you about it. Every deal you register for stays in your account.
Want first look? Set a free deal alert and we will email you when a deal is posted in an area you buy in.
Add the strategy, area and figures, with photos if you have them. Posting is free and the deal goes live as soon as you submit. The exact address is never shown publicly.
We email you each time someone does, and you can see how many investors are interested in each deal.
When you are ready, pay £99 once for that deal to see each investor's name, email and buying answers, then contact them directly. Anyone who registers after that comes through too.
Add your HMRC anti-money laundering, redress scheme and ICO registrations. We check them against the public registers and show them on your deals.
All deals are posted by independent property sourcers. Kinmoot does not vet or endorse individual deals. Investors should carry out their own due diligence before proceeding with any investment.
Yes. Browsing deals, registering interest and deal alerts are all free.
No. Enter your name and email on the deal. We then email you a code to set up an account, so you can see every deal you have registered for in one place.
Nothing. You pay £99 for a deal only if you choose to unlock the investors who registered interest in it, and anyone who registers after you unlock comes through at no extra cost.

Yes. Mark it sold, or hide it, from My deals. Sold deals stay on the marketplace marked as sold unless you hide them.
